About Me
- Dr Ridhwan Fontaine
- I am British but married to a Malaysian. I went to uni at Bath ( BSc International Mgt) and then Stirling (MSc Investment Analysis) in the UK. I earned a PhD in Management at MMU. I have worked for 3 multinationals in France and in the UK. I started a couple of businesses before deciding I enjoyed teaching more. In 1999, I landed in KL and started teaching management, first at MMU and now at MSU. My focus is on Strategy and OB. Most of my research revolves around Islamic Management, Systems Thinking & the Theory of Constraints.
